First, one’s existence has positive significances and effects to others and the company. 

1.Be useful to people, family, company and the society! 

2.Personal contributions and values showed during the course of work are important criteria for promotion evaluation. Only talents with morality, ability, contributions would be chosen for promotion and better remuneration.
